Postage & Packaging
Our shipping charge is a flat rate at $15.00nett per 3 cartons of any cigarettes ie; you will be charge for $15 for upto 3 cartons, $30 for 4-6 cartons and so on. Goods will be properly packaged and contained in the securely sealed satchel/plastic cover provided by the courier service.
*We CANNOT deliver to PO BOX or APO/FPO adresses.

Why UPS/International Couriers?

1. UPS Express Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business working days promptly (5 days at most including Saturday), whereas by Regular Mail will take at least 14 to 30 days to reach you.

2. The status of your shipment can be tracked at anytime with the tracking number provided. Should there be any problem with the package, the courier will surely be able to provide us with proof of shipment and delivery.

Customs duties and taxes
Any local duties payable are the responsibility of the customer. SmokerSaving.com only pays all the shipping charges and the customer pays the destination country's duty and tax if applicable. We can not guarantee that no duties will be placed since it depends on local legislations and enforcements of legislations which are vary from place to place. We suggest you to contact Custom office in your country before ordering, to prevent from high duty taxes or from limitation of imported product.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% Customer Protection Guarantee. Although the vast majority of our orders occur without problems, SmokerSaving.com will work to help settling any incident through our Customer Care. Should an issue arise, our customers are asked to contact us immediately at info@smokersaving.com. Problems can be resolved through open communication. We can also be reached via MSN Messenger at the following address super_saving@hotmail.com.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, we will track your order. If your order is delayed and does not reach you within the indicated delivery timeframe we will start an official postal investigation. In such a case you will receive an investigation questionnaire containing a few basic questions. To qualify for a full refund you are obligated to reply to these questions properly. In case your order or parts of your order are missing you may qualify for a reshipment, a discount on your next order or a full refund.

If the problem is resolved in your favor, you will be provided with a refund that usually covers the price of the cigarettes. Money will be returned by being credited to your designated account. In some cases we have to take transaction costs and arrangement fees in account. Again, shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

How do I return my order?
As prescribed by the law governing purchases by mail, the buyer has 14 days to return the purchased product. The cigarettes must be intact and contained in its original box and the order number must be attached. The buyer will provide suitable packing. The cigarette boxes must not have been opened. The buyer must send the goods via any means of postal service with a tracking number. It would keep us both out of any unexpected situation. Any other suggestion, complaint or remark are most welcome. The money will be reimbursed as soon as the package is received by us.
